CSS promotes the delivery of services to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities through Person-Centered Supports. This means listening to their wants, ensuring goals are achieved, and their needs are met when receiving services.
We believe each human being, abled or not, deserves the dignity of risk in their life and should be able to grow from experiences. CSS strongly believes everyone that receives our services has the ability be an integral part of their communities, maintain relationships and those that are close with them will make the final decisions in how they live their lives.
We hold expectations for our company to stand by our mission, purpose, and values and adhere to the NADSP code of conduct constantly while providing services.
Our greatest ambition has been, and always will be to enrich the lives of others.
Our Story
Founded in 1989, CSS saw a need to provide opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities so they could live self directed lives in their own homes.
We believe that self determination and inclusion should be offered to all citizens, so that is exactly what we has been done.
This belief is indisputable and continues to evolve in the variety of options we provide. Our goal is to deliver support services that empower and enhance the lives of each individual.
